Thank you for shopping with Melora. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $[49].
- Orders under $[49]: a flat $[5.95] shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery after processing:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, transit is handled by the carrier, and high volume or weather can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated or you haven't received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at [support@withmelora.com] with your name and order number and we'll look into it right away.
