Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Go ahead and use your brush: if you're not happy, send it back for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us at support@withmelora.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without first requesting one can't be accepted. There are no restocking fees, and no items are final sale — everything is eligible within the 30-day window.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once approved, place a separate order for the new one.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in returnable condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@withmelora.com.
